Rigging Information

Recommended Rigger: Nick Marco 810-705-6242 Installed Equipment. Rigging is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Bright Star Auctions provides the name of a recommended third-party rigger whom buyers may choose to hire for rigging, load-out, or related services. This rigger is not an employee, agent, or representative of Bright Star Auctions. Buyers who require rigging services must contract directly with the rigger of their choice. Buyers may request a rigging quote from the recommended rigger prior to the auction. Bright Star Auctions highly recommends hiring the recommended rigger. Nick Marco 810-705-6242 Items requiring rigging include: Any installed equipment that cannot be removed without additional work. Equipment that must be cut, torched, unassembled, or otherwise modified for removal. Any item that is fixed, anchored, or integrated into a structure or system. Buyers have three rigging options: 1. Hire the recommended rigger. 2. Hire a qualified and insured rigger of their own choosing. 3. Perform their own rigging. ·        If Buyers decide to do their own rigging, they must abide by the Self Rigging Terms and Conditions (See Addendum A) ·        And by signing proper rigging terms agreement. (See Addendum B) These will be displayed in the documents section. If you click on there, there should be an addendum A and addendum B. For all other items that do not need rigging, these are the loadout terms that may apply. Rolling stock may be loaded out without assistance, ·          Staff will be available to help start and run equipment during the designated load-out dates.  After this initial period: Buyers are fully responsible for all equipment startup and loading. Buyers must schedule an appointment for any loadout after the designated dates. Loading Requirements for Larger Non-Rigging Items: Larger items that do not require rigging but do require specialized equipment—such as cranes, wheel loaders, or other heavy lift machinery—may be subject to a loading fee. Buyers have two options for loading these items: Hire the recommended rigger, schedule an appointment and pay the quoted loading price. Provide their own appropriate equipment and complete the load-out themselves Small & Palletized Item Load-Out: Small and palletized items qualify for free loadout during the designated free loadout timeframe. Staff will be available to assist with loader operated loading when necessary. After this timeframe ends: Minimum of $25 per lot, or other loadout charges will apply. Buyers become fully responsible for arranging their own loading. Items that can be loaded by hand must be loaded by the buyer, without staff assistance. Shipping Services: Shipping is available through US Logistics for all items, (they are a third-party company. They are not employed by Bright Star Auctions) including: Oversized loads Palletized equipment Buyers may contact US Logistics Obtain a shipping quote Arrange trucking Coordinate delivery from pickup to destination Shipping for Small, Non-Palletized Items: Shipping may be available for smaller, non-palletized items that can be boxed, depending on the seller or the specific auction. A shipping and handling fee will apply to all such boxed shipments. Please abide by all terms and conditions above to make the process seamless and as effective as possible.
